The tablet functions by eliminating harmful bacteria that provoke infections. It is prescribed as an antibiotic that helps your body to fight against infections caused by bacteria. However, it does not function effectively for beta-lactamase producing H. influenza and M. catarrhalis. It is beneficial to use under a doctor's observation.
