WINKEL 2W701 50ML High strength bolt fastener WINKEL PRO 2W701 is an oil resistant and high strength adhesive product developed for fixing and sealing metal screws. The product cures when applied between metal connections and reacts in an airless environment. It has temperature resistance up to 180°C. It ensures that the stud bolts are fixed without disassembling the bearing housings. It is especially ideal for screw connections subjected to heavy loads. It can also be used on lightly soiled surfaces. Usage: The parts to be applied must be dry, clean and free from oil. Surface cleaning with WINKEL PRO Fast Cleaner is recommended. Apply the product all over the tooth (male and female parts) and assemble the parts. After tightening the gears, do not move them during the drying period. Max. Wait for the full drying time (24 hours) before operating under these conditions. Depending on the type of metal, full drying is maximum 24 hours. If the application temperature is below +5°C, the drying time can be accelerated by using WINKEL PRO Anaerobic Activator. This product is not suitable for sealing systems containing oxygen and strong oxidizing acids.
